New Full-time and permanent position available at this beautiful Cornish Resort which has 23 Hotel rooms and 37 lodges, as well as leisure centre and treatment rooms, with an expected occupancy rate of over 80%. Trenython Manor also hosts Weddings, Celebrations and Events.

Shift patterns will change but will cover 5 days per week ( 40 hours) in a 7 day period and will include  weekends. 
We require dedicated person that will work to deliver consistent high standards of customer service.

All positions come with great staff benefits:

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Financial
Assist HOD’s to plan yearly departmental budgets in advance
Achieve monthly budgets and where possible better targets
Monitor the financial performance and take action for variances
Understand and continually control costs
Staffing
Recruitment / Induction / Training / Appraisal
Rotas & time sheets
Creation of Candidate Profiles and Job Descriptions
Professional plan for Communications – team meetings, progress reviews, formal and informal staff feedback
Team building and motivation
Implement staff appearance policies
Training & Development
Maintain up to date SOP manuals
Lead, develop and motivate the team
Mentor and Discipline
Define roles & responsibilities within department
Organise and liaise with external training suppliers
Environment
Maintain all areas in a clean and desirable condition and suggest ways to improve and update as necessary
